Official AZ (officialaz.com) is operated by Global Media Inc, 2700 S Gilbert Rd, Ste 5 #199, Chandler, AZ 85286 (“we” or “us”). By sending a listing, creating an account, or using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Listings are free

Listing your business on Official AZ is free. You don’t need to pay anything to send a listing or keep it live.

2. Every listing is reviewed

• A real person reviews every listing before it goes live.
• We may reject any listing, or remove a live one at any time, for example if it’s inaccurate, misleading, spam, offensive, illegal, not an Arizona business, or doesn’t fit the board.
• We may edit listings for formatting, spelling, or clarity. We won’t change what your business offers.

3. Who can list, and keeping it accurate

• You must be at least 18, and the business must be owned and run by adults (18 or older).
• You must own or manage the business you list, or have its permission.
• Everything you send must be true and accurate, and you agree to tell us when it changes.
• You’re responsible for your listing, including any deals, events, or job openings you mention, and for following the laws that apply to your business.

4. Permission to show your listing

You give us permission to show the information in your listing on Official AZ. If you opt in to “Also list my business free on SearchMonster.org,” you also give permission to show it there. You keep ownership of your business name, content, and trademarks.

5. No guarantees of results

Official AZ is a place to post your business. We don’t guarantee any amount of traffic, visits, calls, customers, or sales. We don’t guarantee search engine rankings, or that your business will appear in Google or other search results, or in answers from AI search tools and assistants.

6. Emails

• We’ll email you about your listing or account.
• We may email you offers. Every offer email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

7. Member accounts

Keep your password private, and let us know if you think someone else has used your account. We may turn off accounts that break these Terms or are used for spam or abuse.

8. Removing your listing

To remove your listing or account at any time, email gen@officialaz.com. We handle removal requests within 30 days.

9. Businesses on the board

Listings are information provided by the businesses themselves. Reviewing a listing isn’t an endorsement, and we aren’t responsible for the products, services, prices, or conduct of any business listed, or for any deal between you and a business. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we don’t control those sites.

10. The site is provided “as is”

We work to keep Official AZ accurate and available, but the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Global Media Inc isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or business, arising from your use of the site or any listing on it.

11. Arizona law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we’ll email listed businesses before it takes effect.
